General Provisions

The Charitable Organization Yevgen Pyvovarov’s Charity Fund, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation, carries out photo and video recording of its activities in order to inform the public, donors, and partners about the implementation of charitable programs, as well as to create informational, communication, and presentation materials

This Policy defines the procedure for the use of photo and video materials created during Foundation events, aid distribution activities, project implementation, public initiatives, and other activities

Notification of Recording

During the Foundation’s events, charitable initiatives, aid distribution, and other activities, photo and video recording may be conducted

By participating in the Foundation’s events, being present at aid distribution locations, or entering an area where photo or video recording is taking place, an individual is considered informed about the recording and the possible further use of the created materials by the Foundation

Use of Photo and Video Materials

Participation in the Foundation’s events, public activities, or receipt of charitable assistance during photo or video recording is considered by the Foundation as the absence of objection to the use of an individual’s image

The Foundation has the right to use photo and video materials without obtaining separate additional consent, including but not limited to use:

• on the official website of the Foundation
• on social media platforms
• in reporting materials
• in presentations and informational materials
• in advertising and awareness campaigns
• in printed materials such as leaflets, posters, banners, brochures, and catalogs
• in video content, public relations materials, and public communications
• in international informational and communication projects

Such use may be carried out without time limitation and without territorial restriction, exclusively within the scope of the Foundation’s statutory activities. This applies to materials created during public events, mass activities, and open charitable initiatives

The Foundation may edit, crop, adapt, or otherwise technically process photo and video materials without distorting their content

Purpose of Use

Photo and video materials are used for:

• highlighting the Foundation’s activities
• promoting charitable projects
• informing donors and partners
• developing social and international communications

Ethical Principles

The Foundation uses materials with respect for human dignity and seeks to prevent their use in any manner that could harm a person’s honor, reputation, or safety

Processing of Personal Data

The use of photo and video materials may involve the processing of personal data and is carried out in accordance with the Foundation’s Privacy Policy

Legal Framework

This Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection, as well as generally recognized international principles of privacy and freedom of expression
