The Charitable Organization Yevgen Pyvovarov’s Charity Fund, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation, respects every individual’s right to privacy and ensures an appropriate level of personal data protection

This Policy defines the procedure for the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data of website users, donors, partners, event participants, and other individuals interacting with the Foundation

The Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On Personal Data Protection, the Civil Code of Ukraine, Regulation EU 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation to the extent applicable principles apply, and the European Convention on Human Rights

Categories of Personal Data Processed by the Foundation

The Foundation may process the following categories of personal data:

• Full name
• Contact details such as telephone number, email address, and social media profiles
• Information submitted through website forms or during participation in projects
• Photo and video materials in which a person may be identified
• Technical data such as IP address, cookies, browser type, and website usage statistics

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• Implementation of the Foundation’s charitable activities
• Communication with donors, partners, and beneficiaries
• Providing information about the Foundation’s activities and projects
• Ensuring reporting and transparency
• Maintaining and operating the website
• Creating informational, communication, and presentation materials

Use of Photo and Video Materials

The procedure for photo and video recording and the use of individuals’ images is governed by the Foundation’s Policy on the Use of Photo and Video Materials, which forms an integral part of the personal data protection framework

Legal Grounds for Processing

The Foundation processes personal data based on voluntary interaction with the Foundation, participation in events or projects, the necessity of carrying out its statutory activities, the Foundation’s legitimate interest in promoting its charitable activities, and compliance with applicable legal requirements

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Foundation may transfer personal data to:

• Technical contractors such as hosting providers, analytics services, and IT service providers
• Partners within the framework of joint charitable projects
• Donors or grant providers in anonymized or aggregated form

The Foundation does not sell personal data to third parties

Data Retention Period

Personal data are retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing or as required by applicable law

Procedure for Submitting Requests Regarding Personal Data

The Foundation ensures the possibility of submitting requests concerning the processing of personal data in cases and in the manner provided by the applicable legislation of Ukraine and the Foundation’s internal policies

An individual may contact the Foundation with an informational request regarding the processing of their personal data or the use of photo and video materials

Such requests are reviewed by the Foundation with due regard to its legitimate interests, statutory activities, principles of charitable work, and the provisions of the Policy on the Use of Photo and Video Materials

The submission of a request does not in itself result in the automatic cessation of personal data processing or the use of materials by the Foundation

Information Security

The Foundation implements organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration

Amendments to the Policy

The Foundation may periodically update this Policy. The current version is always available on the official website
