Volunteering

Volunteering is a unique opportunity to change lives for the better

The Foundation’s team of volunteers has been actively working since 2020, providing humanitarian aid to individuals and non-profit organizations across Ukraine

The Foundation implements projects aimed at supporting Ukrainian healthcare institutions, improving and preserving public health, strengthening the energy resilience of critical and social infrastructure, delivering food aid, providing emergency assistance in crisis situations, offering mental health support for children, psychological support for volunteers, doctors, and teachers, and assisting animal shelters, among other initiatives

Humanity, responsibility, and empathy are our core values. We strive to join forces with communities, partners, and volunteers to create a nationwide support system for the population

Our main vision and goal is to build a sustainable society in which charity becomes an integral part of the national culture

Every contribution is invaluable. Are you a skilled cook? Join the team preparing hot meals for socially vulnerable groups. Do you have a car? Help deliver humanitarian aid to elderly people living alone. Are you outgoing and resourceful? Use your skills to find essential contacts, resources, or temporary housing for people who have lost their homes due to the war

Your participation can make a difference. Today, even the simplest skills and a genuine desire to help can save hundreds of lives

How to Join the Foundation’s Projects

Becoming part of the Foundation’s team is a simple yet responsible step. First, decide how you would like to contribute: by participating directly in field missions or by working remotely

To apply, simply fill out the form on the Foundation’s official website or contact us via social media. Be sure to indicate your skills, experience, and availability so that coordinators can match you with a suitable role. After meeting the team, completing an introductory briefing, and undergoing training, you will be ready to begin contributing thoughtfully and responsibly to improving people’s quality of life and fostering a culture of mutual assistance and sustainable support within society

Volunteering is not only about helping others; it is also about connecting with like-minded people, gaining valuable experience, and becoming part of a large community that is changing the world for the better. If you feel the desire to help, don’t hesitate – join us

What Tasks Do Foundation Volunteers Perform?

Many volunteers cooperate with the Foundation on an ongoing basis and are responsible for specific areas, including the delivery of medicines, food, and essential items; transportation of humanitarian supplies, clothing, and children’s toys; organizing evacuations; sourcing necessary goods; preparing hot meals; supporting elderly people living alone; and assisting animal shelters

Volunteers who participate directly in field missions are involved in delivering humanitarian aid, preparing meals, transporting supplies, coordinating evacuations, and providing first aid or psychological support

Remote volunteering is equally important. Volunteers contribute by offering professional services and consultations and by supporting the Foundation’s administrative and project activities

Every contribution matters, and every volunteer is invaluable

What Qualities Should a Volunteer Have?

A volunteer is an active individual guided by a strong sense of social responsibility. Empathy, kindness, and the ability to understand others’ pain – combined with resilience, integrity, emotional stability, and a willingness to work in challenging conditions – are essential qualities of someone who is not afraid of challenges, can adapt quickly to change, and is capable of finding solutions even in unpredictable situations

Each team member must carry out their responsibilities reliably and conscientiously, whether distributing humanitarian aid, organizing logistics, working in a mobile kitchen, or providing psychological support. Every task requires a responsible approach, which ensures the effective work of the Foundation

It is also important to have sufficient time and availability to participate in the Foundation’s initiatives

Even a few hours a week can make a life-changing difference for those in need. A willingness to act, to learn, and to share the team’s values is key to successful volunteer work

Is It Possible to Volunteer Remotely?

Yes, the Foundation welcomes cooperation not only with volunteers who can participate in field missions but also with those who wish to support initiatives remotely. Modern technology makes it possible to contribute meaningfully, even from afar

Remote volunteering covers many areas, including information support, social media management, writing, design, and video editing. Lawyers, psychologists, communications specialists, IT professionals, translators, and other experts can make a valuable contribution, even while working remotely

The most important thing is the desire to get involved and share the team’s values. You can choose the format of cooperation that best suits your availability – even a few hours of remote work per week can bring meaningful results

How Does the Foundation Support Volunteers?

Ensuring comfortable, effective, and safe working conditions for volunteers is a top priority for the Foundation. Those participating in field missions are provided with the necessary equipment, personal protective gear, and tactical first aid kits. All volunteers receive free accommodation and meals during humanitarian missions

The Foundation also provides logistical support, training, initial and ongoing briefings, safety protocols, first aid training, psychological assistance, consultations, and the resources required for productive work

We value everyone who joins our volunteer initiatives and humanitarian missions. Our goal is to create not only proper working conditions but also a strong ecosystem of mutual support, trust, and respect.

TOGETHER WE CAN DO MORE!

Unleash your talents, learn new skills, and join a community of caring people! Every step is a step toward a better future, and only by joining forces can we do more and bring about positive change!
